3 Month Transformation Package

Service Description

Continuous care is critical to successfully meeting your health and wellness goals. The 3 month Transformation package includes one 60-minute nutritional consultation per month with an updated nutrition and lifestyle plan and supplement protocol for each visit. In this model of care, we will address barriers to success as well as multiple areas of wellness such as sleep, microbiome, stress-related concerns, and mental/emotional health while continuing to fine-tune diet with regard to your health goals. Sessions may be booked virtually or in-person.
